FlowerSmith Gardens offers a range of floral design packages that you can customize to suit your needs. We have full design packages as well as elopements and Al La Carte options. Our floral arrangements include bouquets, flower crowns, boutonnieres, vases, and arch decorations. We offer fresh flowers and dry flowers that will last a lifetime. We would be honored to be a part of your special day.
Getting Started
We love that you are considering our wedding services to bring the beauty of seasonal flowers to your special day. We are committed to providing the best floral arrangements for your wedding, cultivating our own blooms whenever possible and sourcing locally for American-grown florals when needed.
To initiate the process, we ask you to complete a questionnaire and share your Pinterest boards or any photos that inspire your vision. With this information, we will create a customized bid for your floral arrangements. We can discuss the details virtually or arrange an in-person meeting based on your preference.
Should you decide to proceed with our services, our next steps involve formalizing our agreement. I then have a contract for your review and return it at your earliest convenience.
Additionally, we collect a deposit and secure your date. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
Once the contract and deposit are secured, we will schedule a follow-up 30 days before your event to review detailed plans and make any necessary adjustments. A week before the big day, we'll double-check and confirm delivery plans. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.
